Age Criteria.
The eligibility criteria for admission are based on the age of the child as recorded in the birth certificate.

School Transport Facility.
All students are required to avail the school transport facility. Commuting by private vehicles is not permitted, except for students residing near the campus or in designated supervision areas.
Students must select the nearest bus stop while filling the admission form.
Registration Process.
The Registration Form, duly filled in all respects, must be submitted along with required documents within three days of purchase of the Prospectus and Forms.
Important Guidelines:
- Registration Form is non-transferable
- Only school-issued forms are accepted
- Incomplete or illegible forms will be rejected
- Parents must read the Prospectus carefully before filling the form
- Applications will be scrutinized before further process
Eligible candidates will be informed about the Observation / Assessment schedule, along with Interaction Card details.
Note: Registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to interaction, assessment, and seat availability.
Documents Required for Registration.
- Registration Form with passport-size photograph
- Interaction Cards with photographs
- Birth Certificate (issued by government authority only) Certificate issued by doctors, nursing homes, etc., will not be accepted.
Forms will be rejected if discrepancies are found. Originals are required at the time of admission.
Observation-cum-Interaction (Nursery & Prep).
Admission to Nursery and Prep is based on Observation-cum-Interaction.
- Both parents must be present
- Interaction Card must be carried
- One copy will be submitted; one retained by parents
Evaluation Assessment & Interaction (Class I Onwards).
For Class I and above:
- Students will undergo an evaluation test
- Followed by an interaction session
- Both parents must be present
The process may take 3–4 hours, so parents are advised to plan accordingly.
Admission Confirmation Process.
Parents of selected candidates will be informed via phone call or message.
To confirm admission, parents must:
- Visit the school office
- Submit required documents
- Pay admission fees
Documents Required at the Time of Admission.
- School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate and Previous year Report Card (Without this no student from Class I onwards will be admitted.)
- Medical Certificate
- Blood Group of applicant
- Duly signed NACH Mandate
- Parent ID proof
- Address proof
- Birth Certificate (original)
- 4 passport-size photographs (child & parents)
Admission will be cancelled if any variance is found between the particulars filled in the Registration Form and the documents submitted for admission.
Transport Facility.
The school provides transport across major routes in Patna. Routes are finalized based on demand and may be revised as required. The school reserves the right to fix and/or change bus routes as may be necessary from time to time.
Parents will be informed about the bus routes before the session begins.
General Rules.
- Admission Fees must be paid through online transfer
- Payment of School fees can be made through NACH only and will be deducted from designated bank accounts.
- Registration & admission fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fresh registration will be required if the child is to be given admission for a subsequent year.
